Card Information

Xtreme Mobility offers maximum download speeds of up to 2 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 1 Mbps. Average Downloads of 600Kbps to 1.4Mbps and Average Uploads of 300-800Kbps are more typical.  Your actual speed will vary, depending on physical location, signal strength, distance from cellular towers, interference (both man-made obstacles, and natural obstacles), and the amount of other network traffic.
Xtreme Mobility is intended to be an extension of  your existing cable modem. It offers the additional flexibility to connect outside of the normal office/home area at broadband speeds when receiving an EVDO Rev A connection (see hybrid 1x explanation below when Rev A is not available)
Within the expected coverage area, this product will connect faster that a GSM EDGE device.

  • Click here to view the coverage Map
  • This product has a Hybrid feature. Depending on your location, this feature will attempt to connect at EVDO speeds by default. If not able to connect at that speed, the device will automatically connect at the 1X speed. Connecting at the 1X connection speed will be noticeably slower than connecting at EVDO.
  • This area will roam, in the area displayed on the map link above, areas in Canada and the Lower 48, but connection speeds will vary. Additional roaming charges will apply (see usage info below).
