Document Actions
  1. Open Browser
  2. Open Mail Program
  3. One way to open the mail program is by clicking Windows, then on the Mail & Newsgroups
  4. Click on View settings for this account
  5. Click on Outgoing Server (SMTP)
  6. Ensure the box next to the Use name and password is checked.
  • If the box is not checked, click in the box to place a check in the box.
  • Enter the username for the email address. (Note: Normally the username is the same as the part of the email address before the @ symbol.)
  1. Click OK
