Document Actions

  1. Open Program
  2. Click on Tools
  3. Click on Account Settings
  4. Click on Outgoing Server SMTP
  5. Highlight the email account
  6. Click on Edit
  7. Under the Security and Authentication section,
    • Ensure the check box next to Use name and password is checked
      • If it is not check, click on the box next to Use
      • Enter your Username in the text box next to user name
  8. Click OK
