Steps to download additional copies of Security Guard

| 1. Log into Mygci, http://portal.gci.net |  |
| 2. Enter your Username and Password, Press Enter or the LOGIN button |  |
| 3. Click on My Account, from the Menu bar |  |
| 4. Scroll down to the Security Guard section |  |
| 5. Click on the word Download |  |

Note: If using this site, you Must already know your Security Guard key. During the download process, you will be asked to enter your key. This is not site to sign up, only download additional copies. |
| 6. You will see a message, click on Save |  |
| 7. You can just save the application to your desk top. Press Save |  |
| 8. Click on Open |  |
| 9. Security Guard will start to install |  |
| 10. Press Next |  |
| 11. You will see a screen downloading files |  |
| 12. Press Next |  |
| 13. Please read the terms and conditions and then change the radio button to I accept the agreement by Clicking in the circle to the left of the statement |  |
| 14. Press Next |  |
| 15. Enter the Key into the fields, this information is available from the MY Account screen, shown in step 4 above. |  |
| 16. Click Next |  |
| 17. Continue the installation process as you did for your previous installation. |
