Steps allowing Safari to access GCI eMail Guard

Safari does not allow access to GCI eMail Guard with its default settings. Safari's perferences must be set up to allow Email Guard to funtion. To set up, Cookies and the Cashe must be cleared and set to accept all cookies.

1. Click on the Safari Menu Bar

2. Click Empty Cache

3. Click on the Safari Menu Bar again

4. Click on Preferences

5. Click on Security

6. Click on Show Cookies

7. If there are any cookies on the listed with gci.net or postini.com, delete them.

8. Close Safari and Save if prompted

9. Open Safari again

10. Try accessing eMail Guard, if that does not work, then contine, if that does work, you are finished.

11. Go back to the Security section

12. Select Preference

13. Set Accept Cookies to Always.
