Our cable modem network does its best to deliver the speeds you purchase, while on the gci network. The minimum requirements will ensure that you can use the service, and, in most cases, enjoy all the speed you're purchasing.
What if I don't meet the minimum or suggested system requirements?
Our services work under a variety of conditions not specified here. However, we cannot make any guarantees that you will not be inconvenienced by a slower internet experience or by problems that our technical support department is not trained to handle. If you do encounter problems with your internet service please give our technical support a call anyway. We will help to the best of our ability, but please understand that we cannot guarantee that your computer is compliant with our system and as such we may direct you to see a computer specialist to help with your issue.
