Steps for Macintosh users to change their DNS settings.
How To

| Click on the Control Panels link | ![]() |
| Click on the TCP/IP link | ![]() |
| Dialup Users | Cable Modem and DSL Users scroll down or click on cable modem or DSL. |
Select PPP |

| Then select Using PPP Server | ![]() |
| In the Name Server Addr box type: 209.165.131.12 and 209.165.131.13 | ![]() |
| In the Search domains box type: gci.net | ![]() |
| To exit, click on the box in the top left corner and then select Yes. | |
| Cable Modem Users: | |
| Select Ethernet | ![]() |
Select Using DHCP Server
No entry should be required. |

| To exit, click on the box in the top left corner and then select Yes. | |
| DSL Users | |
| Select Ethernet | ![]() |
| Select Manually | ![]() |
In the Name Server Addr box type: 209.165.131.12 and 209.165.131.13 |

| To exit, click on the box in the top left corner and then select Yes. |

| Click on the TCP / IP tab | ![]() |
In the Domain Name Servers text box enter: 209.165.131.12 and 209.165.131.13 |

| Click the Apply Now or Save button (term depends on exact version on OS) | ![]() |
| To Exit click the apple in the top left corner | |
| Click on the Yes button. |
