Local Phone Service

Default Voice Mail password is the last 5 digits of your phone number.

Where your number is 555-1234, your default password is 51234. GCI recommends you change your password, as you set up your voice mail.

Click here for instructions on how to use your local features. Not all features may be available on your phone, contact GCI for rates and adding features to your local service.

Routers

GCI does not support routers. However, GCI recommends setting your router for DHCP.

If using a wireless router, GCI recommends you enable the security features (WEP), and consider using MAC authentication.

See your manual or the manufacture’s web site for more information on how to set up your router.
