Blackberry:

• You can send Service Books from your Internet Account.
• BlackBerry Interactive site on how to set up. This site displays a BlackBerry Curve, but the basic steps includes all Blackberry devices. GCI recommends setting up your email accounts from a computer, and not from the device. Reason for this recommendation is strictly based on familiarity of keyboard, either method may be used.
