Security Guard Key entry

How do I update/enter my new Security Guard license key?

Step 1:

Open the GCI Security Guard program

• From the 'Start' button, select 'GCI Security Guard' program, and then select 'Open GCI Security Guard' from the available options, or
• 'Double click' the security guard icon in the system tray

. *Please note that if you have parental controls activated, you may be prompted to enter a password to open up the application.

Step 2:

Click the 'Change' option for Subscription status

Step 3:

Select the 'Change Number' button

Step 4:

Enter your 'License key' (also referred to as subscription number) into the appropriate fields

Step 5:

Push the 'Register' button
