Dedicated Access Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies only to dedicated Internet access products, services and subscribers. Please see the main GCI Internet Policies web page for a complete listing of GCI Internet policies.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
   GCI Internet's dedicated access products include Mission Control and Tsunami. These services are delivered over a private line circuit to a GCI-provided router at the customer's premise and includes 24 x 7 end-to-end management.
2. ACCEPTABLE USE
   In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy applicable to all products, services and subscribers, and amending item 2.1 from that Acceptable Use Policy, you agree not to:

   1. Resell the Service or otherwise make the service available for others to use, other than your own residence or business, without prior notification to and authorization from GCI Internet. You agree not to use the Service for operation as an Internet Service Provider or for any other business enterprise in competition with GCI, unless you are an authorized wholesaler of GCI's Internet service.
